BASE Aide

Job overview

The BASE Aide role is onsite in Denver, CO, with pay of $20–$21 per hour. The position supports Child Care Innovations’ BASE program and is scheduled to start January 1, 2027. The aide assists the Site Director with children’s daily care and supervision, planned activities, and program operations. The role helps maintain a safe, orderly environment and supports access to high-quality early childhood services.

What you'll do

• Complete assigned tasks and planned activities
• prepare the environment and snacks
• maintain clean school spaces and supplies
• travel to other sites to help with staffing needs
• supervise and support children under the direct support of a Site Director or Program Leader
• monitor building entry
• inspect and sanitize materials
• communicate with families, children, school personnel, and community partners
• document incidents and injuries
• attend weekly meetings and annual staff training.
