Registered Nurse (RN)

The Registered Nurse (RN) role is onsite in Lock Haven, PA, with compensation of $43–$44 per hour. The nurse works under the Director of Nursing at Lock Haven Rehabilitation. The RN provides and coordinates resident care, develops individualized care plans, and supports nursing staff and unit operations to help meet residents’ needs and comply with applicable regulations.

What you'll do

• Assess residents and provide direct care
• develop and update individualized nursing care plans
• coordinate and supervise nursing personnel
• assist with staff orientation, training, and supervision
• support daily unit operations and leadership as needed
• assist physicians on rounds and communicate relevant information and orders
• prepare daily assignments
• respond calmly to emergencies
• manage conflict through problem-solving and communication.
