Senior Caregiver

The Senior Caregiver role is onsite in San Diego, CA, serving clients in Central San Diego and surrounding communities. Pay is $20 per hour. ComForCare Home Care San Diego says it has served Central San Diego families for over 20 years and supports older adults and others who need help at home. The caregiver assists clients with personal care, meals, household tasks, medication reminders, transportation, companionship, and safe movement at home. The work also gives family caregivers a break and helps clients continue living in their homes.

What you'll do

• Assist clients with bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal hygiene
• prepare meals and assist with eating
• perform light housekeeping, laundry, and errands
• provide medication reminders
• transport clients to appointments, errands, and social outings
• provide companionship
• help clients move safely at home
• provide respite for family caregivers.

Why this role
