Quality Manager

By collaborating with procurement, operations, and engineering, the Quality Manager drives improvements in product quality, supplier performance, and customer satisfaction within a machining manufacturing environment.

What you'll do

• Supervise the Quality Team and oversee plant warranty administration.
• Manage plant compliance with ISO-9001 and ISO-14001 standards.
• Drive improvement of quality metrics such as First Pass-Yield and supplier scorecards.
• Manage key processes like 4D/8D, SCAR, and CAPA.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to resolve production and quality issues.
