What you'll do

• Standardize workflows and documentation
• participate in initiative intake and prioritization
• scope project requirements
• conduct baseline assessments, process mapping, and root-cause analyses
• assist with project management and ROI justifications
• develop KPIs, reports, and dashboards
• support pilots and process scaling
• create SOPs and training materials
• monitor outcomes and quality.
