What you'll do

• Coordinate classes, instructor trainings, graduations, schedules, locations, materials, vendors, attendance, timelines, and inventory
• support instructors and participants with enrollment and service inquiries
• organize professional development and feedback
• promote services and maintain partner relationships
• travel to Cleveland approximately monthly
• maintain records, reports, and tracking systems
• direct participants to appropriate resources and safeguard sensitive information.
