What you'll do

• Serve as the primary contact for remote and mobile services
• coordinate bookings, dispatch, service, and follow-up
• communicate status and next steps
• monitor satisfaction and resolve issues
• write repair orders and schedule mobile technicians
• present maintenance recommendations and estimates
• coordinate roadside assistance and towing
• manage loaner availability, delivery, agreements, and returns
• answer service inquiries and maintain client and appointment records.
