What you'll do

• coordinate Tech, Launch, Product, and Operations teams
• manage internal meetings, action trackers, milestones, and timelines
• lead merchant check-ins and explain processes
• coordinate go-live and handoff
• identify risks and process improvements
• and help develop an enterprise onboarding playbook.
