The Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) – Direct Support Professional role is onsite in Lincoln, NE. Starting pay is $20 per hour, with a Monday–Friday day schedule during operating hours of 8 a.m.–6 p.m. Circle City ABA provides applied behavior analysis therapy for children and adolescents with autism, with a mission to enrich and empower them. After completing the clinical team’s training program, the behavior technician implements skill acquisition and behavior intervention plans under BCBA supervision, collects treatment data, and maintains required RBT credentials and supervision records. The role contributes to individualized therapy and supports clinical review of client progress.

What you'll do

• Complete the clinical team’s training program
• implement BCBA-written skill acquisition and behavior intervention plans
• collect accurate treatment and behavior-program data for BCBA analysis
• consult the BCBA for support, training, and supervision
• adjust interventions as instructed
• maintain knowledge of client plans
• complete annual RBT competency assessment and renewal requirements
• track supervision hours and follow BACB ethical standards.
