What you'll do

• Manage and coordinate subcontractors
• monitor project budgets and update costs
• approve vendor invoices
• consult with architects, owners, and leadership on design changes and issue resolution
• deliver homes on or ahead of schedule using scheduling software
• conduct and document job-site inspections
• complete customer walk-throughs and secure final approval
• maintain safe, clean, organized sites
• communicate project progress to homeowners
• ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and environmental requirements.
