Business Analyst, SharePoint and Content Governance

Job overview

The Business Analyst, SharePoint and Content Governance role is remote-based, with candidates required to live near one of the client’s listed office areas; occasional travel is expected. The work helps the client select a governed content solution and translate that selection into a traceable delivery and migration plan.

What you'll do

• Facilitate requirements workshops
• consolidate traceable requirements for collaboration, records, permissions, integrations, archiving, and migration
• document business rules and governance
• define archive use cases and access models
• build platform evaluation criteria and scoring
• prepare RFI/RFP materials
• coordinate vendor demonstrations and proof-of-concept scenarios
• prepare recommendations
• partner with Legal and Risk
• validate access and metadata structures
• develop delivery and migration plans
• produce user guidance and program reporting.
