The Assistant Program Director, Middle and High School Programming role is onsite in Statesville and Salisbury, NC, with compensation of $20–$25 per hour. Power Cross Ministries develops young men spiritually, academically, and athletically, emphasizing football development, college recruiting, and leadership. Working alongside the Program Director, this role helps guide athletes’ development and college readiness. It supports the ministry’s goals through mentorship, football training, recruiting coordination, academic accountability, and organized communication with athletes, families, schools, and coaches.

What you'll do

• Build relationships with young men, model Christ-centered leadership, and participate in daily discipleship
• assist with year-round speed, strength, position-specific training, film study, and athlete development
• coordinate recruiting strategies, camps, showcases, college coach relationships, highlight films, and scholarship opportunities
• monitor academic accountability and support NCAA eligibility
• maintain athlete records, recruiting databases, schedules, and communications.
