Accounts Payable Specialist

The specialist supports accurate, timely accounts payable operations by processing invoices and payments, reconciling transactions, maintaining vendor records, and resolving discrepancies. The work helps keep vendor accounts current and supports financial close and audit needs across the company.

What you'll do

• Process vendor invoices
• verify details, match purchase orders, and resolve discrepancies
• maintain vendor files and respond to inquiries
• prepare checks, ACH, and wire payments
• reconcile accounts payable transactions for month-end close
• monitor payment status
• coordinate expense coding and approvals with internal departments
• provide documentation and reports for audits.
