Part-Time Job Coach — Evenings and Every Other Weekend

The Part-Time Job Coach works onsite in Detroit Lakes, MN, for approximately 10–15 hours per week, generally from 3:30 PM to 8:30 PM on weekdays and every other weekend. What you'll do

• Provide hands-on job coaching and skill-building at job sites
• help participants transfer skills across work environments
• assist with production expectations during training
• communicate with employers, families, and team members
• collaborate with employers to modify or restructure tasks when needed
• conduct scheduled follow-ups
• encourage workplace social skills, self-awareness, and confidence
• serve as a positive role model.
