The Catering Captain role is onsite in Boston, MA. Pay is $30.00 per hour. The position supports Flik Hospitality Group’s catering operations and food-service team. This role coordinates staff and event workloads so catered functions are set up, served, and cleared on time. It also prepares and serves food under the Catering Director’s supervision while supporting customer service, food safety, and orderly operations.

What you'll do

• Coordinate catering staff schedules and determine workload from catering orders
• meet with function leaders about setup and changes
• address customer concerns
• instruct staff
• help set up rooms
• assemble and deliver food and supplies
• serve food and beverages
• return equipment and utensils
• maintain presentation, portion control, serving temperatures, sanitation, and approved preparation standards. May drive a truck to deliver food and beverages.
