Senior Director, Membership Services

What you'll do

• Lead membership strategy and programs for recruitment, retention, and engagement
• develop member communications and materials
• identify prospective members
• manage relationships with member and prospective organizations
• oversee dues collection, revenue forecasting, and segmentation
• manage engagement metrics, dashboards, and CRM analytics
• lead membership staff
• capture and communicate member priorities
• oversee memo and statistical publications businesses and annual invoicing and collection.
