Junior Estimator / Bid Coordinator

The Junior Estimator / Bid Coordinator role is onsite in West Point, VA, and is full-time. Compensation is $50,000–$80,000 per year. What you'll do

• Enter information into the bid schedule
• communicate with subcontractors and vendors by phone and email
• maintain a detailed calendar of bid dates and deadlines
• download and print documents
• communicate with the Lead Estimator
• assist with proposal preparation
• obtain material and subcontractor quotes
• perform quantity takeoffs
• prepare bid submission packages and post-bid documentation, including DBE paperwork
• drive to locations in Virginia for pre-bid meetings or bid-package delivery as required.
