What you'll do

• Serve as a primary employee contact for HR policies and inquiries
• coordinate recruitment, interviews, and offer preparation
• facilitate onboarding and orientation
• maintain employee records and HRIS data
• provide guidance on benefits, employee relations, performance, and workplace matters
• support investigations and corrective actions
• administer HR programs, benefits enrollment, payroll changes, and leave
• maintain employment-law compliance and audit documentation
• support learning, engagement, events, HR projects, and workforce planning.

Why this role
