This role supports the home health agency at Staffing Care Pro. This role exists to support the Director of Nursing in overseeing clinical operations, mentoring staff, and ensuring regulatory compliance. The ADON plays a key role in shaping clinical excellence and promoting high-quality, patient-centered care across the agency's home health services.

What you'll do

• Support the DON in managing day-to-day clinical operations across skilled nursing, physical therapy, occupational therapy, and speech-language pathology.
• Supervise, mentor, and coach field RNs, LPNs, and therapists, providing guidance on clinical best practices, onboarding, and ongoing performance evaluations.
• Conduct home visits as needed for supervision, quality checks, or escalation of patient care needs.
• Ensure quality assurance and regulatory compliance across all services, including Medicare, Medicaid, and OASIS standards.
• Participate in audits, chart reviews, plan-of-care development, and interdisciplinary case conferences.
• Serve as a clinical resource to staff and referral partners, promoting evidence-based, patient-centered care.
• Assist with scheduling, staffing coverage, and workflow improvements to optimize team performance.
