What you'll do

• Schedule healthcare workers, including CHHAs and companions, for elderly home care clients
• handle high-volume phone calls while maintaining documentation and accurate data entry
• respond to clients, families, and potential clients
• coordinate with clinical and field staff
• use Microsoft Office, Google Docs and Sheets, and browser-based texting and scheduling software.
