People Programs Specialist

What you'll do

• Complete job family and leveling build work
• draft job profiles and map roles
• maintain architecture files
• support rollout communications, FAQs, toolkits, and review sessions
• assist with Workday performance configuration and testing
• document requirements and test scripts
• coordinate user acceptance testing and defect tracking
• prepare process documentation and admin runbooks
• support review-cycle setup, monitoring, reminders, and reporting
• troubleshoot issues and provide first-line support
• assist with talent review support, career pathway documentation, reporting, and analysis as priorities shift.
