• Conduct and improve new hire onboarding
• lead recruitment for exempt and non-exempt positions
• oversee employment advertising and screening
• serve as a trusted advisor on HR policies
• address employee relations and investigations
• support engagement and retention
• maintain records
• partner with Payroll
• manage performance reviews and succession planning
• administer compensation
• identify training needs
• support safety programs
• manage terminations.
