Maintenance Supervisor

Job overview

The Maintenance Supervisor role is onsite in Albany, NY, with pay of $22–$23 per hour. The role supports hotel upkeep and operating systems to help deliver guest service and protect the property.

What you'll do

• Work with the maintenance team to maintain the hotel building, equipment, and grounds
• assist the Chief Engineer with inspections, preventive maintenance, and special projects
• perform repairs on building interiors and exteriors, rooms, laundry and kitchen equipment, HVAC, water treatment systems, and pools
• complete work orders and document repairs
• respond to guest requests
• maintain inventory and supplies
• shovel and salt walkways and parking areas.
