What you'll do

• Analyze production, yield, revenue, operating expenses, labor, and other performance indicators
• prepare recurring operational, financial, and management reports
• support budgeting, forecasting, and financial close
• coordinate vendor payments, invoice processing, billings, reconciliations, and records
• track farming assets, equipment, leases, and capital expenditures
• maintain operational databases
• support regulatory, compliance, tax, insurance, audit, and reporting requirements
• coordinate with operations, accounting, vendors, tenants, consultants, and service providers
• identify opportunities to improve controls, processes, and efficiency.

Why this role

Requires at least two years of accounting, financial analysis, operational analysis, or related experience; working knowledge of GAAP and strong Microsoft Excel skills. A relevant bachelor’s degree and agricultural or food-production experience are preferred.
