What you'll do

• Oversee medical issues at residences
• provide direct support and serve as a role model, advocate, and teacher
• train, supervise, assist, and monitor direct support staff on medical services and care
• maintain nursing-service plans and ensure staff training on them
• monitor electronic medication administration records
• oversee LPNs and direct support professionals on medical concerns
• monitor staff training and certifications
• visit each program at least weekly and make hospital visits as required
• maintain audit readiness.
