The generalist manages broad human resources functions, including hiring, payroll, benefits, employee records, performance management, and employment-law compliance, while supporting employee engagement and leadership needs across both locations.

What you'll do

• Support talent acquisition, onboarding, payroll, benefits, leave administration, and performance management
• maintain employee and payroll records
• prepare payroll-related reports and year-end documents
• administer benefit programs and audits
• support employment-law compliance, safety, OSHA, and workers’ compensation processes
• travel between Brooksville and Palmetto.
