The Obstetrics and Gynecology Physician role is an onsite, full-time, hospital-employed position in Enterprise, AL. The estimated base salary is $335,000–$435,000 per year. The physician will join an established regional medical center in Southeast Alabama with labor and delivery resources, a Level III Neonatal Intensive Care Unit, and surgical support. The physician provides comprehensive obstetric and gynecologic care, including prenatal and postpartum care, labor and delivery, procedures, and preventive services. The role contributes to community access to women’s healthcare and coordinates care with nursing, neonatal, pediatric, surgical, and specialty teams.

What you'll do

• Provide comprehensive obstetric and gynecologic care
• manage routine and higher-risk pregnancies within training and privileges
• conduct prenatal, postpartum, and well-woman visits
• participate in labor and delivery coverage
• perform cesarean deliveries and gynecologic procedures
• diagnose and manage acute and chronic gynecologic conditions
• provide preventive screenings, contraception counseling, and reproductive healthcare
• coordinate care with other clinicians
• maintain clinical documentation
• participate in quality improvement and patient safety initiatives.
