Speech Pathologist — Inpatient Rehabilitation

Job overview

Compensation is $26–$30 per hour. The Speech Pathologist role is onsite in Manassas Park, VA; The position is with Encompass Health Rehabilitation Hospital of Northern Virginia, part of a national inpatient rehabilitation provider. The pathologist evaluates patients’ speech and language rehabilitation needs, develops and administers personalized treatment plans, and tracks progress. The work supports patients in addressing communication challenges and advancing their rehabilitation goals.

What you'll do

• Evaluate and assess patients

• identify issues and modify therapy when needed
• track and document patient performance, progress, and response to treatment.
