What you'll do

  • Lead outreach and recruitment
  • screen applicants and conduct intake interviews
  • maintain referral-partner relationships
  • support participant retention and re-engagement
  • communicate with participants and track attendance
  • facilitate career-readiness workshops and check-ins
  • verify employment placements and collect compliance documentation
  • coordinate internship schedules and wraparound supports
  • maintain program records and reporting.
