Floating Leasing Consultant

The Floating Leasing Consultant role is onsite in Fort Collins, CO. Compensation is $19–$21 per hour, including base pay plus variable incentive pay if eligible. The consultant supports apartment communities managed by Mission Rock Residential. The role provides information and tours to prospective residents with the goal of leasing apartments, while also assisting current residents. Leasing and resident service activities help support community occupancy and a positive resident experience.

What you'll do

• Participate in leasing and marketing assigned communities to maximize occupancy
• tour communities, amenities, and vacant apartments
• maintain current knowledge of apartment specifications, vacancies, notices, and rental rates
• process resident communications and service requests in Yardi
• communicate service requests to the Service Team
• greet clients, prospects, and residents in accordance with Fair Housing regulations.
