• Oversee propagation, integrated pest management, climate control, plug inventory, plant growing, supply ordering, and facility upkeep
• coordinate work schedules with the Senior Grower and Planner
• monitor and report productivity, quality, and safety metrics
• research and implement production techniques
• manage inventory practices
• manage and develop assistants.

Why this role
