Maintenance Technician

The Maintenance Technician role is onsite in Willimantic, CT, and pays $23–$24 per hour. Working under the Maintenance Supervisor, the technician maintains buildings, equipment, facilities, and grounds. The role helps keep units and shared property areas safe, functional, and ready for residents, including timely turnover of vacant units.

What you'll do

• Maintain property buildings, equipment, facilities, and grounds
• turn over vacant units in a timely manner
• inspect the property and ensure repairs are completed safely and promptly
• participate in emergency maintenance on-call coverage
• repair appliances, fixtures, plumbing, flooring, walls, and roofs
• paint
• assist with lawn care and cleaning
• perform minor carpentry and masonry
• and maintain supplies and records.
