Regional Operations Director

What you'll do

• Lead and hold hospital directors and managers accountable
• conduct site visits and implement operational improvements
• establish regional standards and benchmarks
• oversee regional profit-and-loss performance, budgets, and capital requests
• develop hospital leaders and succession plans
• partner with clinical leadership on quality and compliance
• support technology adoption and hospital integration.
