What you'll do

• Lead field technicians and operations professionals
• ensure service and optimization practices are followed
• monitor KPI performance and field operations
• ensure environmental, health, and safety compliance and provide training
• review work orders, invoices, and time reports
• resolve warranty and product issues
• coordinate technician scheduling and dispatch
• recruit, hire, and train technicians
• meet customers and support retention and service opportunities
• forecast and monitor financial performance
• address customer complaints and improvement plans.
