Project Manager

The role exists to ensure project requirements, performance objectives, quality standards, and applicable DOE, federal, and contract compliance obligations are met.

What you'll do

• Serve as the contractor’s primary point of contact and authorized interface with the CO and/or COR
• lead project management task performance
• establish work standards and procedures
• assign schedules and oversee daily operations
• supervise personnel and staffing
• address work discrepancies and corrective actions
• coordinate compliant procedures with stakeholders
• prepare and submit required reports
• communicate policies and goals
• administer quality assurance programs
• ensure compliance with DOE, federal, and contract requirements. Requires at least five years of protective force experience, security-contract management experience, a valid state driver’s license, and a Secret security clearance before starting work.
