Security Associate – First Shift is an onsite role in Chandler, AZ, paying $18 per hour. The position supports Carvana’s Safe and Secure team at an inspection center and logistics facility. The associate helps protect people, vehicles, and facility assets by managing gate procedures, documenting vehicle movement, conducting patrols, and supporting incident response and inventory-control processes.

What you'll do

• Document vehicle movement through inspection-center gates
• conduct routine patrols of the facility, yard, and buildings
• report security and safety concerns
• support badge creation and CCTV review requests
• follow incident response protocols
• use the Safe and Secure application and RFID technology
• assist with first aid, CPR, and AED response after training and certification.
