What you'll do

• Provide front-desk customer service and carry out security procedures, site policies, and appropriate emergency response activities
• verify visitor credentials, manage access requests, issue badges, and maintain visitor and contractor records
• monitor entry activity and direct visitors
• communicate access concerns to site personnel
• respond to incidents and escalate concerns
• monitor security-related systems, document activity, and report unusual conditions.
