What you'll do

• Coordinate daily schedules for field clinicians
• assign visits based on availability, qualifications, location, and productivity
• monitor visit frequencies against physician orders and plans of care
• adjust schedules for admissions, discharges, call-offs, changes, and urgent needs
• coordinate start-of-care visits
• maintain staffing coverage
• communicate schedule changes
• monitor productivity and visit completion
• maintain accurate scheduling records and support audits and quality improvement.
