What you'll do

• Provide personal hygiene, bathing, toileting, and incontinence care
• reposition the client according to the care plan
• assist with bed mobility and approved transfers
• support meals, hydration, and light housekeeping as assigned
• monitor and report changes
• complete electronic documentation
• remain awake and attentive throughout night shifts.
