What you'll do

• Foster a positive environment that supports individuals’ personal goals and daily living activities
• work with case supervisors on monthly goals and plans
• document services and client progress
• support individuals with developmental disabilities at home and in the community
• attend mandatory staff meetings and annual training
• submit paperwork and monthly summaries on time
• follow agency and OPWDD regulations.
