The Controller, Station Operations Control and Recovery is an onsite role in Las Vegas, Nevada; pay is $25–$28 per hour. The role supports Allegiant’s Station Operations Control and Recovery (SOCR) functions across scheduled service, charters, and company repositioning flights. The controller coordinates station activity during irregular operations, manages customer recovery actions, and keeps information moving among stations, vendors, and SOCR leadership. Accurate records, sound escalation, and timely operational decisions support safe and consistent service during disruptions.

What you'll do

• Coordinate station operations during the operational window
• manage irregular operations from assessment through resolution
• serve as a station contact during delays, cancellations, diversions, and turn recovery
• coordinate customer recovery and outside vendors
• maintain operational records and shift handoffs
• escalate issues according to SOCR standards
• initiate emergency notifications
• support applicable FAA, DOT, and TSA compliance.
