What you'll do

• Coordinate and oversee direct and indirect patient care
• supervise and support clinical staff
• assist the Director of Clinical Services with operations and staff development
• review records and conduct chart audits
• participate in QAPI
• review intake information
• support onboarding and orientation
• provide education and coaching
• conduct home visits and direct care as needed
• monitor medical supplies
• support compliance with Medicare, Ohio regulations, and ACHC standards
• contribute to performance evaluations.
