Lumberyard Puller / Striker

The Lumberyard Puller / Striker role is onsite in Wareham, MA, with a Monday–Friday schedule from 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and Saturdays from 7:00 a.m. to noon; the schedule may change based on customer volume. Compensation is not specified. Finetco supplies building products to builders, contractors, architects, and construction companies. The role prepares accurate customer and production orders by selecting, inspecting, and staging lumber and building materials. It supports yard productivity and customer service through safe material handling, stock organization, truck loading and unloading, and coordination with coworkers and customers.

What you'll do

• Pull and prepare lumber and building materials for orders
• inspect materials and report defects or discrepancies
• organize stock areas and maintain inventory accuracy
• assist with loading and unloading trucks
• assist with deliveries
• coordinate order fulfillment with yard staff and customers
• operate hand tools and machinery safely to cut, measure, or move materials
• maintain a clean and safe work environment.
