What you'll do

• Operate dishwashing equipment to clean and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, and tools
• maintain kitchen floors, trash bins, and food preparation surfaces
• set up and clear the pot-washing area
• check and record wash and rinse temperatures
• sort and store clean equipment
• clean dish machine components
• remove trash and cardboard
• restock clean items
• report equipment malfunctions or supply shortages
• follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
• assist with other kitchen tasks as needed.
