What you'll do

• Perform CT examinations and procedures, including those requiring contrast agents, according to accepted protocols
• manage patients during complex procedures and exams
• operate portable and other X-ray equipment
• troubleshoot minor equipment problems
• respond professionally to work-related calls
• for on-call assignments, contact the facility with an estimated arrival time and arrive within the prescribed timeframe
• follow equipment safety standards
• maintain work areas and accurate records
• document work processes
• support patient positioning, transfers, and mobility as required.
