The Information Technology and Telecom Field Technician role is an onsite position in Scottsdale, AZ. Pay is $18–$25 per hour while on site, with travel pay based on travel time. The role supports AMG Tech Support’s national clients with field technology, structured cabling, and telecom services.

What you'll do

• Perform operating system installations, hardware diagnostics, and software setup
• install and dress structured cabling and perform telecom work such as punch-downs and demarc extensions
• work independently at retail, medical, restaurant, and corporate sites
• maintain professionalism with clients
• and respond to service requests within the territory while on call. The posting requires at least one year of IT or telecom experience and an A+ or Network+ certification, or five or more years of verifiable field experience.
