What you'll do

• Coordinate the Resident Assessment Instrument process and completion of MDS, CAAs, and interdisciplinary care plans
• monitor tracking forms in PointClickCare
• complete patient assessments, data collection, and staff interviews
• submit MDS records to the state and follow up on validation errors
• support audits, surveys, and documentation compliance.
