What you'll do

• Assist residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, transfers, and daily living activities
• follow individualized care plans
• encourage independence and social engagement
• communicate changes in condition
• complete documentation
• help maintain a clean and safe living environment
• support light cleaning, laundry, and meal-related tasks
• coordinate with nurses, Med Techs, and community leadership.
