Quality Assurance Training Specialist I — 1st Shift

What you'll do

• Facilitate onboarding and operational training
• review work instructions, SOPs, forms, HACCP and Food Defense, allergen and cGMP, safety procedures, and quality requirements
• maintain training records and signoffs
• upload documentation to tracking systems
• support audit readiness
• coach employees on equipment, process flow, safety, and documentation
• assist with training curriculum and materials
• support hands-on demonstrations and provide feedback on training effectiveness.
