What you'll do

• Serve as primary contact across client accounts
• advise clients on strategy and recommend pivots when appropriate
• coordinate internal resources and manage timelines
• lead and coach SDRs
• develop prospect lists, talk tracks, email templates, and playbooks
• direct marketing and web specialists
• monitor digital performance
• maintain CRM reports and dashboards
• prepare weekly and quarterly reports and business reviews
• track program metrics and project hours
• identify upsell, cross-sell, and renewal opportunities.
